Following Performers: Alerts, Favourites and Hiding
Schedules on cam sites are unpredictable. These tools tell you when someone you like is live, and keep the rest out of your way.
Chaturbate: Follow and Get Notified
- Open the broadcaster's room and click Follow.
- Click the bell next to Unfollow and choose Always or Auto.
- Pick email, browser notifications or both. "Auto" uses your default in Settings & Privacy, where you can enable "Email me when someone I follow comes online".
One caveat from Chaturbate's own help pages: alerts depend on the broadcaster announcing that he is online, so you may not hear about every session.
Find someone to follow on Chaturbate
Stripchat: Favourites and "Not Interested"
Add performers to your favourites to keep them in one list. Going the other way, marking a performer "Not interested" hides him from your index page for 30 days, though he still appears in search results.

Keep Alerts Discreet
- Send alerts to an email address used only for adult accounts.
- Check what browser notifications show on your lock screen.
- Turn alerts off for performers you no longer watch.
